Mustang Gas Products, LLC
In 2002, we acquired gas gathering and processing assets covering producing areas in ten central Oklahoma counties. These assets were combined with our existing Spring Valley System to form Mustang Gas Products, LLC, a subsidiary of Mustang Fuel Corporation.
This asset combination resulted in us owning and operating five cryogenic gas facilities and over 4,000 miles of gathering lines. This gathering and processing “Super System” (which allows us the flexibility of moving gas to the most producer advantageous plant inlet) is located in the heart of Oklahoma’s world-class STACK and SCOOP plays (Blaine, Caddo, Garfield, Kingfisher and Major Counties) where we have dedications covering all or parts of more than 125 townships.
Upon completion in 2019 of our ongoing capital improvement program, we will have plant inlet capacity of 225 MMCFD and over 75,000 horsepower of compression. To enhance our position with new and existing producer partners we have also taken out over 150,000 MMBTU/D of firm transport and firm market at the tailgate of our plants. We constantly review the downstream capacity from all of our plants to ensure dependable flow for our residue supply.
Our seven decades of experience operating midstream assets in Oklahoma provides us with a fundamental understanding of the issues faced by our producer partners. With the increased pipeline and plant capacities, added compression, improved plant efficiencies, and firm takeaway capacity resulting from our aggressive capital program, we are well positioned to continue providing our hallmark industry leading midstream service.our plants to ensure dependable flow for our residue supply.
